The hotel's attention to detail and extra mile approach made the stay memorable. The well-thought-out decor created a winter wonderland atmosphere. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. The wellness spa facilities were exceptional.

During my backpacking trip, I had an amazing experience staying at a hotel down the street in a picturesque Austrian village. The location was close to the village centre and offered a stunning view of the mountains from my spacious room with a comfortable bed, well-appointed bathroom and plenty of storage space. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet with fresh hot and cold food, pastries, bread, and cereals was delightful. The spa area and the inclusive afternoon tea with tea, coffee, and cakes were great facilities that made my stay even more relaxing.

The hotel restaurant did not meet my expectations, and the main dishes were average.

We really loved the location of this hotel. It was situated down a steep hill, close to the village centre and near the glacier. The service here was outstanding, with attentive staff and excellent housekeeping. We also appreciated the range of amenities provided, such as valet parking, shuttle service, and a ski pass vendor. The room was well equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a balcony. The spa and wellness center was a highlight of our stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and various beauty treatments available.

We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.
